Fairy Glen Nature Reserve is a wooded dingle following the course of the Afon (River) Colwyn into the heart of Old Colwyn.
Fairy Glen was once a popular Victorian Park, now a designated Local Nature Reserve for its abundant wildlife like the Grey Wagtail, plants such as Wild Garlic and native trees including Oak and Ash.
Fairy Glen is a great place to visit for a short walk or picnic any time of year as it stays cool in summer and sheltered in winter.
Easy access paths make walking the Glen easy for everyone.
Getting to the Glen is best on foot or by bike as it lies on the North Wales Path and is a short cycle ride from National Cycle Network 5.
