Experience a totally different adventure activity near Betws-y-Coed and journey through a mountain via a series of exciting challenges on one of our epic underground adventures trips. Test your nerve by zip-lining across water, climbing up vertical shafts, boating across a lake, scaling waterfalls, climbing, traversing and abseiling your way through our vast abandoned mines. Perfect for families, couples, groups, hen and stag parties and corporate events.
Want to go even more hardcore? Then join us on one of our Xtreme underground trips which are strictly for adults (18+) and not for the feint hearted. Edging your way along decaying bridges and old beams, zip lining over huge caverns, abseiling to the deepest accessible point in the UK under 1,300ft of solid rock, riding the world’s longest and deepest underground zip line and hurtling yourself off a ledge into darkness with our 70ft free fall. It’s 5km of pure adrenaline!
On our trips you’ll discover a spectacular hidden world of forgotten deep blue lakes, dramatic chambers, winding tunnels and ancient mining machinery lying abandoned in the darkness. Our fun and experienced guides can also share a wealth of information on this fascinating environment, the mining industry and its history.
We are open all year round and we are weather proof! No potholing or squeezing through tight spaces. All equipment plus Wellies provided. Previous experience is not necessary, you just need a reasonable level of fitness and a sense of adventure.
